Okke Ornstein alias Okke Van Ooijen is now officially a Twitter Twat attempting to convince people that he is now legitimate and a journalist forgoing his reputation as a blackmailer, forger, extortionist and a fraudster when he floated the securities fraud in Panama called The Tulip Fund; however, thanks to the watchful eye David Marchant of Offshore Alert and Monte Friesner reports were immediately submitted to the Securities Exchange Commission of the Republic of Panama who stopped him.
Ornstein has a long history of crime which originated in the Netherlands when he fled one step ahead of the police and landed on the shores of the Republic of Panama with his fabricated credentials as a famous journalist and hooked up immediately with Marc Mathew Harris. Ornstein and Harris became partners and lovers in Panama and pursued careers living the high life with jets, expensive cars and travel. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) quickly started to act when people in the USA were filing complaints about Harris and Ornstein stole their money. Hundreds of millions of dollars were lost mostly by pensioners and the chief DEA Speical Agent had enough evidence to indict Ornstein and Harris and they were both facing 25 years in a Federal Prison in the USA for their fraudulent activities.
Ornstein ran to the DEA crying that he was innocent and a victim of Harris, which was not accepted by the DEA, however, Ornstein was offered to become a Confidential Informant (CI) for the DEA, in order to convict Harris who was convicted and sentenced to 17 years in prison only, because Ornstein's statements concerning Harris were not completely truthful. Harris is free now and living a comfortable life because he was able to save several millions of dollars and properties in various countries. Ornstein is in the Netherlands living on scraps and continues to commit minute scams and even has a charity collecting money for his legal fees of which he embezzles, in order to survive.
Ornstein continued to live like a pauper in the Republic of Panama; however, each venture that he began for illegal purposes were shut down quickly; such as Noriegaville, Paraguas, Bananama Republic until finally he was convicted of fraud-related offences and sentenced to separate prison terms of 20 months on several counts and 18 months on another in 2016. Ornstein was apprehended in 2016 when he tried to enter Panama on a bogus passport and after serving several weeks in prison, his sentence was commuted as a gift during Christmas Time of 2016, but his convictions stand plus Ornstein has a judgement of $5,000,000 levied against him, which still has not been paid by Ornstein. Ornstein was then deported from Panama to the Netherlands.
Upon his return to the Netherlands Ornstein immediately affiliated himself with the HAMAS Terrorist Group and Amin Abu Rashid who is the Hamas Terrorist Financier for the Netherlands raising funds for refugees; however, quickly accusations started to flow of theft of funds and embezzlement towards Okke Ornstein. Sticky fingers could not help himself according to friends of his in the Netherlands and yes Ornstein has friends who feel sorry for him and help him.

Each day we receive inquiries about Ornstein and also news on his criminal activities and according to sources in Amsterdam, Okke Ornstein alias Okke Van Ooijen is putting together and creating Tulip Fund Number Two without registration of the Securities Commission of The Netherlands and it is incorporated in Curacao, which is the Dutch Antilles.
