WANTED SA was informed this morning direct from the Prosecutor’s Office in The Republic of Panama that Okke Ornstein who also uses the name of Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen and whose Criminal Charges filed by an individual in Panama in 2007 has failed to appear for the Pre Trial with the Prosecutor and Presiding Judge in Panama.
This is now the second Trial that Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen has deliberately failed to appear and snubbed the Judicial System in Panama. “I am a Dutch Citizen and Panama has no rights to me and I can commit as many crimes as I want”. There!

Okka as he likes to be called was properly and officially served several weeks ago of the trial with the Order of Service; however, has been unable to retain any form of lawyer to represent him due to his inability to pay for his legal costs and trial. Arrest Warrants are in place at present.
At present Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen, which is the name used on the Official Criminal Charges filed over 3 years ago has a multitude of Criminal Charges from “Blackmail, Extortion, Fraud, Theft, Threats, Slander, Libel and much more.
The Official “EDICTO EMPLAZATORIO” (THE DECREE OF SUMMONS TO TRIAL) has been ordered to appear in several bona fide newspapers in Panama advertising the date of Trial in Abstentia for three days. If convicted on these Criminal Charges, Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen faces a minimum of 4 years in prison.
The Trial Date has been scheduled by the Presiding Judge. If and once convicted the Order of Fugitive Arrest will be filed with InterPol for the International Arrest and the victims are prepared to finance and proceed in every legal manner to bring the Criminal known as Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen to Justice.
