**** ORNSTEIN FAILS TO APPEAR FOR TRIAL FOR THIRD TIME ****

WANTED SA has learned about 15 minutes ago that the “Slut Blogger of Panama” Okke Ornstein Van Ooijen has failed to appear in Court for the third time when summonsed by the Fiscallia (Court) in the Republic of Panama. Ornstein who was last sighted on Ave Brazil on Saturday is eluding Police who are aggressively seeking Ornstein for detention on the “Conducion” issued by the Presiding Judge.
WANTED SA has learned [from the Prosecutor’s Office in The Republic of Panama] that okke ornstein - who also uses the name okke ornstein van ooijen - has failed to appear for yet another pre-trial hearing with the Prosecutor and Presiding Judge of Panama. Ornstein who used his garbage blog to maliciously attack a group of business individuals from the Netherlands did not expect the judicial system to work so quickly in Panama and in fact Ornstein invited the group to file law suits against him.
And the group filed instead Criminal Charges against Ornstein.
Bad okke, bad.
okka, as he likes to be called, was properly served several weeks ago by the proper authorities but he has been unable, at present, to retain a lawyer to represent him due to his inability to pay for any and all of his legal costs. His reputation for stiffing various people/businesses in the past also makes it difficult for him to retain counsel. Arrest warrants are now in place and are ready to be executed.
Where-oh-where is our okka?
At present okka is facing a multitude of criminal charges ranging from blackmail, to extortion, to fraud, theft, threats, slander, and libel [we probably left out two or three or four other charges - the list is actually rather long and rather extensive].
An official “EDICTO EMPLAZATORIO” has been ordered by various Panamanian judges [which are appearing in different newspapers throughout Panama] in which they state the date[s] of these various trials - in abstentia, if necessary. And if convicted on any of the multiplicity of charges facing him, okka faces a minimum of 4 years in prison for each and every one of them.
The first trial date has already been scheduled by the presiding judge. If okka is convicted an Order of Fugitive Arrest will be filed with InterPol for his International Arrest and his [many] victims are now prepared to finance and proceed in every legal manner to bring this, umm, person, to justice. No matter what hole okka hides in he will be found.
The end is in sight. Panamanians and ex-pats, get ready to breathe a sigh of relief!!
