Okke Ornstein and his penniless Smut Blog “Bananama Republic" have been ordered to appear for Pre Trial Hearing in Panama in the 14th District Court in the Republic of Panama on another Criminal Case of Fraud, Slander, Libel and Blackmail

The day of Justice and Reckoning have come to Okke Ornstein and his blog called Bananama Republic on Monday October 24, 2011 as they are about to face the presiding Judge on Criminal Charges on yet further acts of criminal activities in the Republic of Panama. Will the “Cowardly Cockroach of Panama” gather up enough courage and bravado to appear in Court and back up with documents and testimony his fabricated stories?
The Criminal Charges have been filed by a legitimate incorporated and registered business in Panama and owned by groups in Europe and Panama who are involved in the agriculture industry in Panama. Ornstein was served properly and signed the Order himself to appear this time. Ornstein was living at that time in Taboga and renting a room from a nice landlady whose first name is Annabelle and then failed to pay her rent and was evicted after a few days of residing at her home.
This Sunday of October 23, 2011 we received information that Okke Ornstein and Bananama Republic will be facing shortly a more dangerous Criminal Charges from several honorable politicians and officials in Canada who Ornstein maligned and slandered without any form of cause, except for his own satisfaction. Apparently Ornstein already has a sealed indictment in Canada dating back to 2010 and was served; however, the address Ornstein submitted in Florida was fraudulent and service was denied.
The Indicted stands and Okke Ornstein will be arrested in Canada or otherwise will be extradicted if arrested anywhere in the world based on the Jurisdiction and severity of the criminal acts in Canada.
Okke Ornstein also has criminal charges in Panama whereas he posted fictious stories maligning a pensioner in Panama as a Child Molester and then hired a thug to threaten the pensioner to drop the charges under threat. This Criminal Charge is now setting date for trial and the victim will be attending in Panama in November of 2011.
Updated on the trial in the 14th District Court will be posted on Monday and possibly with photos. It seems that one of our agents attempted to interview the parents of Okke Ornstein in Holland last week, but they claimed not to have a son with the name of Okke Ornstein.
