The Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism, more commonly known as MONEYVAL, recently published its Fifth Round Mutual Evaluation Report. If you have any relationship with IOM financial institutions, or financial service firms, you would be well advised to read it, as the report details those areas where the jurisdiction is deficient in anti-money laundering, and countering the financing of terrorism, issues.
