Okke Ornstein, who owns and operates www.ornstein.org, www.bananamarepublic.com, and www.narcosphere.com - all three of which are financially destitute blogs - are currently hosted by a firm in the United States. Okke Ornstein is also partners in www.paraguasbooks.com .
Mr. Ornstein, however, now asserts in a disclaimer that the websites are actually owned by Europeans in Europe. However, international law enforcement authorities have conducted a thorough investigation of that claim and have found that www.ornstein.org is incorporated and registered in the Republic of Panama with Mr. Ornstein and his former wife listed as the owners.
He lies, he steals, he cheats, he extorts, he blackmails - that's our boy, Okkefeenokee.
www.bananamarepublic.com is hosted in the USA, however, it is NOT a legally incorporated nor registered entity in Europe, the USA, or in Panama, but the IP Address being used by Mr. Okke Ornstein is with a registered IP in the Republic of Panama, demonstrating that this website as well as the other two websites are being managed and operated under the jurisdiction of Panama.
Mr. Ornstein is [after ten years] still classified as a “tourist” in Panama, because he is unable to obtain legal residency due to his inability to obtain the necessary police report from the Netherlands where he is classified, as a residence and a citizen. That tells us there were problems with Mr. Orenstein in the Netherlands.
Therefore, Mr. Ornstein is forced to leave Panama every few months and then, after a stay of 3 or more days abroad, he is allowed to return to Panama - this after ten years living in Panama.
However, breaking the law and engaging in a multitude of criminal activities seems to be Okke's normal modus operandi for he has dozens of separate criminal charges pending against him just in Panama alone, and this does not take into account the various criminal charges that have been filed against him in Canada and Russia that range from slander, libel, fraud, blackmail, extortion, to attempted murder.
After many years of being able to dodge the law in Panama, Mr. Ornstein is now being scheduled for his first trial pertaining to the criminal and malicious attack on a 70 year old man who previously lived in Panama and who refused to succumb to the criminal demands of Mr. Ornstein and one of Mr. Ornstein's partners. The old man was viciously attacked without warning one day incited by a man called Bernard Collier based on the fabricated articles Okke Ornstein posted.
For months Okke Ornstein evaded service on these charges by submitting a false address to the court and police and he succeeded in evading detection until the correct address was finally revealed. At present warrants have now been issued to direct Okke Ornstein to trial on these charges; however, to date, Mr. Ornstein states that he will refuse to surrender to the court and attend his own trial.
The Prosecutor in the Courts in Panama is shocked that such a revenge beating has occurred in Panama and he is also fully aware of the countless criminal activities of Mr. Ornstein over the past 10 years in Panama including a similar attack on an alleged pedophile in Bocas Del Toro in which Mr. Ornstein refused to contact law enforcement authorities, but instead, wrote an article after living with the alleged Pedophile for approximately 5 days. After the article was posted the alleged Pedophile was murdered after a severe beating by attacker[s] unknown, according to reports at the time.
One of the other trials being scheduled for Mr. Ornstein involves a corporation in Panama that also does business in the Netherlands, England, Israel, and several other countries in Europe. Mr. Ornstein began spreading a barrage of fabricated statements from his unregistered and unincorporated web site www.bananamarepublic.com in order to destroy - with malice aforethought - the business credibility of Silva Tree.
After many months of attempting to reason with Mr. Ornstein and several invitations to Mr. Ornstein to actually inspect the books of this company; The company filed criminal charges against Okke Ornstein and his unregistered website, www.bananamarepublic.com .
Trial is now being scheduled and judgment day for Okke Ornstein is coming quickly.
In addition to all of the above, in January of 2010 Mr. Ornstein started several vicious website attacks on one Mr. Monte Friesner and demanded $50,000.00 in blackmail money. However, Mr. Friesner refused to pay any form of extortion or blackmail to Mr. Ornstein.
So what does Mr. Ornstein do?
He started attacking the wife of Mr. Friesner by calling her a “prostitute and a Russian whore", and he posted nude photos of her that he, Mr. Ornstein had stolen from Mr. Friesner. Mr. Ornstein also sent spam to the school of the seven year old daughter of Monte Friesner, and then had the child's pet dog poisoned as a warning to Mr. Friesner to dismiss the criminal charges facing Mr. Ornstein!
How low can you go . . . Mr. Ornstein? Have you no decency?
Mr. Friesner and his wife refused to pay any money directly to Mr. Ornstein. So Mr. Ornstein then threatened to murder Mr. Friesner's entire family in a desperate attempt to scare the Friesner family into capitulating as he now realized that he would be facing genuine legal ramifications - something he has never had to face before in Panama [the Netherlands is a different story].
Mr. Ornstein then started attacking the law firms, banks, friends, associates, and even the neighbors of Mr. Friesner’s wife - who is a successful business woman in Panama - on his various websites.
If that was not enough Okke Ornstein demonstrate complete insanity and with Deliberate Malice in his Criminal Attacks by fabricating various links, in order to cause both monetary, physical harm and damage; such as, to every company operated by the victims as the following;

Now it has come to the attention of this website, Wanted SA, that Mr. Ornstein has recently been begging various newspapers here in Panama [our sources say 4 or 5 of them] for assistance by stating to them that he - Okke Ornstein - is the actual victim of all this skullduggery. Of course he was universally turned down by all of them and in several cases was actually escorted out the front door by the newspapers' security.
Mr. Ornstein, however, is still refusing to come to trial [any of his trials] and he even written on Panama C.E.W. about his true feelings about the legitimate journalists in Panama, which is quoted below:
