OKKE ORNSTEIN IS NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT IN PANAMA - IN FACT, OKKE ORNSTEIN BREAKS IMMIGRATION LAWS EACH YEAR

 ~ WANTED SA investigators in Panama uncovered an amazing fact on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Okke Ornstein is not a legal resident in the Republic of Panama.

Actually, Okke Ornstein has been in Panama for the past 10 years as a Tourist. However, according to immigration authorities, Okke Ornstein has been consistently breaking the law.

Okke Orenstein tried to remedy this problem by marring a Panamanian woman who has two children. It didn't work!

WANTED SA wants to know why? Why hasn't he filed with Immigration in Panama? Married to a Panamanian does solve the Residency Status temporarily.  To achieve this status is a very easy and simple procedure and takes less than a year to obtain.

WANTED SA received information from our Investigative Lawyer in Panama that Okke Ornstein DID apply for residency in Panama based on being married to a Panamanian Lady; however, the Residency Status was denied by Immigration authorities in Panama.

Why?

This becomes interesting, because one of the key requirements for obtaining residency status in Panama is a "Police Report" from the country of citizenship and certified by the Consulate of Panama in that country, which happens to be The Netherlands.

The Investigative Lawyer for WANTED SA was advised by Immigration Authorities in Panama that Mr. Orenstein's application was incomplete and what was missing was the Police Report from the Netherlands, which he was unable to obtain. The Police Report must show that “Okke O” is not wanted in the Netherlands for any Criminal Activities; such as, not being involved in Child Pornography, Fraud, Blackmail, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and/or Stalking.

Since he was refused residency, “Okke O” no longer needed his Panamanian wife and so he moved out of his house and into a shack in Gamboa where he has lived for several months. Without any vehicle, without any furniture, Okke Orenstein still continued with his Criminal Activities of blackmail, extortion and threats of violence in Panama.

WANTED SA has also found out that Mr. Orenstein recently returned to Panama from Costa Rica for a few hours last week wherein he managed to send a threatening letter to the web designer of WANTED SA. However, because he was acting strange, an Immigration Officer at the border became suspicious and started to check with the Police, but by that time our intrepid blogger had fled back into Costa Rica with a large hefty garbage bag of his belongings.

So Mr. Orenstein is again on the run. But, it is only matter of time until the Authorities in Panama obtain the proper Warrants for his arrest which can then be acted upon by Interpol.
