An Introduction: To Okke Ornstein
Okke Ornstein is originally from the Netherlands. He informs anyone who will listen that he worked in the Netherlands in the world of television and radio for some fifteen years. By his own admission, he was then 'chased out of the Netherlands by criminal elements' [which to Okke would also include government officials, Law Enforcement]. Okke then lands, he claims, quite by accident, in Panama and embarks on a “wave” of crime involving Fraud, Fraud, Blackmail, Extortion, Threatening to cause bodily harm, Accessory to murder. And lots more!!
Sure!
But there are other, much more intriguing aspects to this man [see future articles that will follow in the days to come for more details and specifics] for, make no mistake about it, he is a man obsessed with money and power even as he has failed at every single endeavor he has ever attempted: Living now in a shack with only the clothes on his back and a computer to connect him to the wider world Ornstein terrorizes victims who refuse to pay him any money.
Landing on the shores of Panama gave him a fresh start, whereupon he became directly involved in a series of criminal activities with his newest partner, one Marc Harris, in the Tulip Fund Scandal [more on this in the future] where hundreds of investors were bilked out of their savings and then there was the Save the Sloths Foundation, Paraguas Books and others.
Okke is, among other things, also implicated as an accessory to the untimely death of an 'alleged' pedophile in the Bocas area of Panama. Okke, under the guise of being a reporter [he now claims he is only a blogger], lived with the deceased for several days. Rather than report any possible criminal activity of this 'alleged' pedophile to the proper authorities, Okke chose to write an inflammatory article about him. Within days the man was murdered by person/persons still unknown. Okke chose to make public his 'evidence' rather than go to the police because that would bring Okke more notoriety. In short, Okke became both the judge and the jury and said roles led directly to the man's death.
Falling on hard times, Okke’s forte now became Blackmail & Extortion and he found in his new vocation an easier way to live and even possibly acquire the wealth and power he so desperately sought. Almost simultaneously Okke became involved with one Marc Harris [see above] in the Tulip Fund [serving as president of the new corporation] which turned out to be a securities scam preying on little old ladies, pensioners, and innocent people who were looking for a safe, secure investment. Millions of dollars were stolen and Mr. Harris is in jail today only because Okke turned states evidence against his partner to avoid jail time himself.
Being quite the busy man, Okke also published on-line, Noriegaville News [a publication that was ordered shut down by a Panamanian judge in Panama when Okke was convicted in Panama. He has since gone on to create Ornstein.Org and Bananama Republic [useful devices that aid and abet him in extorting money from various vendors in Panama: "Give me a motorbike or I will 'expose' you in my newsletter." or words to that effect]. He has so many criminal actions pending against him that it boggles the mind. Such actions include: Blackmail, Extortion, Criminal Slander and Criminal Libel, etc.
Already indicted for his criminal activities in Panama [the police are even now searching for him], Okke is also under investigations in the following countries: 1.) Canada, 2.) USA, and 3.) Russia. The question is not IF Okke will wind up in jail; it is only a question of WHEN and for HOW long?
Okke Ornstein then starts to target Silva Tree which is a legitimate corporation in Panama enhancing the economy through reforestation and opposes his “hidden agenda”. Ornstein was summoned according to the laws of Panama three times and has failed to hire attorneys in Panama nor has he appeared in Court. Ornstein is now classified as a Fugitive from Justice.
Okke Ornstein has demonstrated ‘hatred’ for Panama, because he was refused residency in Panama based on his inability to obtain a Police Report from the Netherlands. The Netherlands Police do not issue Police Reports when there are outstanding criminal issues in their country. Okke will go into violent rages with anyone who wants to invest or move to Panama and has openly cursed Panama and Law Enforcement.
