OFAC Publishes latest List of Authorised Cuba Providers
The Office of Foreign Assets Control [OFAC] has released its new list of American travel, aviation and remittance forwarding companies that are authorised to transact business with the Republic of Cuba. If you have bank clients that are in any of these categories, you should distribute this to your compliance staff.
