WANTED SA has learned this early morning that an Iran semi-official news agency says the foreign minister has set November 15, 2010 as the likely date for the start of a new round of nuclear talks with world powers.

The report was carried Tuesday by Mehr news agency. It quotes Foreign Minister Mr. Manouchehr Mottaki as saying the talks were "expected" to start Nov. 15, 2010; however, this has been an ongoing promise with Iran for years.

Iran who is facing sanctions around the world is slowly being strangled with their economy, which for years has taken a severe toll on the population of Iran.

Mottaki on Sunday suggested Turkey, as the Jurisdiction for the talks.

The talks would be between Iran and U.S.A, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany. The six nations suspect that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapons program under the cover of a civil energy program.

Iran of course denies the charges!

Negotiations foundered a year ago.
