WANTED SA has just learned this morning that the Treasury Department has published its Final Rule on North Korean Sanctions Regulations in the Federal Register*. Readers who wish to access this document in a more accessible format can find it here. **
The regulations serve to implement Executive Order 13466, dated 30 June, 2008, and EO 13551, dated 30 August, 2010, which are attached. They have been published with immediate effect.
EO 13551 designated the following:
- * Yong Chol Kim
- * Green Pine Associated Corporation
- * Reconnaissance General Bureau
- * Office 39
