WANTED SA has just learned this morning that the Office of Financial Assets Control has published a highly useful report entitled “Somalia Sanctions: Information on Persons Listed in the Annex to EO * 13536 of April 12, 2010."

This memorandum provides detailed background information on twelve sanctioned Somali nationals identified as leaders of the armed militia organizations and the pirate group reportedly responsible for the maritime hijackings in waters adjacent to Somalia.

It also provides additional information on the designated SGDT Al-Shabab. WANTED SA recommends that all read the information, in order to acquire a clear picture of the Somali pirate leadership, as well as Al-Shabab.
