- OKKE ORNSTEIN HAS CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED AGAINST HIM BY CITIZENS OF NETHERLANDS -
The Dutch Group joins a long list of people/companies who are suing Okke Orenstein
Today [August 19, 2010] WANTED SA was informed by an Investigative Lawyer in Panama that Okke Ornstein now has further Criminal Charges filed against him with the Office of the District Attorney in Panama.
This action was necessary, because Mr. Orenstein had slandered a company whose shareholders are from Netherlands that grows and sells teak trees. Mr. Orenstein wrote that said company was, in effect, a scam. The Company, in turn, wrote to Mr. Orenstein and offered to meet with him and even take him out to their Tree Plantation in Panama where hundreds of trees are, indeed, being reforested each month, but Mr. Orenstein refused their offer, because he does not want to read, see, or touch anything that contradicts his idea of the truth.
Why is that?
Because the truth would give lies to his article about THE DUTCH FIRM.
Recently another of his victims, who is an 83 year old man, and a very prominent lawyer in Canada, offered to meet with Mr. Orenstein ,but instead Mr. Orenstein asserted that the elderly lawyer was dead [all evidence to the contrary]. Mr. Orenstein had ridiculed the elderly man on his website and then, in addition, he posted the story on Google so that the lawyer's family would think that he, the elderly lawyer, had actually passed away.
Are these not the actions of a pathetic and sick individual?
The statements below are from the posting of “Okke O” on his e-rag Blog re The Company:
“the head of the Dutch Firm - Netherlands just wrote us an email (in Dutch, translation to follow) announcing that his lawyers will start legal procedures to have what we wrote about him and his forestry outfit removed. We don’t know exactly what that means, or where.
Nor do we really care that much.
After all, what we wrote was almost entirely quoted from other sources openly available on the web, notably the Christian Science Monitor and a website called the “ripoff report“. Is he starting legal procedures against those as well? Not likely. Schoolyard bullies like xxxxxxxxxxxx are cowards deep down, and never dare to take on anyone bigger than themselves. Wokka wokka, more of the same, bunch of lowlifes having a circle jerk, what else is new in Panama – been there, seen it, and we won each and every time.
xxxxxxxxx in his latest email referred to a “legal opinion” available on his website, here. It says that he has, according to the law firm that wrote it, no criminal record in Spain. But nobody said he had. What has been claimed by several people on Ripoff Report is that they were swindled by him and that he left Spain before the police could complete its investigations. In other words, this “legal opinion” does not contradict what others have said or what was quoted here.
Same goes for a number of other things he wrote us – all very interesting without a doubt, but none of it applies to what we published earlier.
But hey! If this guy wants to shoot himself in the foot, who are we to stop him? Go for it, Patrick, ouwe prutsert!”
WANTED SA was informed that the company and its directors granted Mr. Orenstein his wish and subsequently filed Criminal Charges against him & BANANAMA REPUBLIC.
WANTED SA is working diligently with Law Enforcement in Panama and will post further ALERTS concerning Okke Ornstein when they occur.
The REWARD [now up to $20,000.00] for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Mr. Orenstein is increasing each day, and tips are coming in from various people around Panama and, indeed, from people in other countries.
