TODAY MARKS AN HISTORICAL EVENT - THE CRIMINAL EMPIRE OF OKKE ORNSTEIN IS BEGINNING TO CRUMBLE >
WANTED SA learned this morning that at approximately 11:00 A.M. Tuesday August 31, 2010, Okke Ornstein surrendered himself to the Official Office of the Prosecutor.
But Orenstein, being Ornstein, managed to throw a fit when presented with the charges against him going so far, as to actually throw the summons letter at the Judicial Staff. Perhaps he should have been arrested on the spot by the police and been carted off to jail right then and there?
Instead, a rather calm court official, asked Orenstein if he would like to begin his Declaration [court appearance] with the Dutch Translator that was provided for him.
To which Ornstein raised his voice in a loud, belligerent, and bullying manner and stated that he will not proceed with any Declaration, because the Courts in Panama do not have any Jurisdiction over him. After all, he said, "I am a citizen of the Netherlands," whence he started to leave.
Interesting side note: The staff at the Court recalled clearly that Ornstein had a very strong foul odor about him, as if he had, in their words, slept in a garbage dump the night before, and that his clothes were in a filthy condition.
Orenstein then declared that that he was very well versed in Spanish and he did not need a Dutch Translator.
This manner of ‘trick’ is typical for Ornstein in switching languages; however, this time it did not work because there was present an English, Dutch, AND a German Translator.
The Judicial Staff then advised Ornstein in front of several credible witness that he needed to sign the Official Order for the DISMANTLING of the web site known as www.ornstein.org.
Ornstein went into ANOTHER FIT and ACTUALLY started foaming at the mouth stormed out of the office.this time.
Ornstein is now still facing several more Criminal Charges in the Republic of Panama with a prison term of over 7 years - if and when he is convicted.
However, Ornstein returned a few seconds later and demanded of the Judicial Staff that the Government of Panama assign to him gratis, a competent lawyer of his choice to defend him against all the charges.
Ornstein went on to claim that he is a pauper, without any visible means of support and he has no money for a return airline ticket home. Ornstein was reminded of his statement to the Immigration of Panama that he was working for Paraguas Books and he was [supposed to be] earning a salary every month.
Okke had no answer for that.
It seems Okke Ornstein is on the way down and out.
