"BANANAMA REPUBLIC" & OKKE ORNSTEIN (“The Slut Blogger of Panama”) HAVE CRIMINAL CHARGES PENDING AGAINST THEM BOTH IN CANADA……
~ Two attorneys in the Province of Ontario, Canada have informed WANTED SA that the Justice of the Peace for the “SUPERIOR COURT OF ONTARIO” has approved of the filing of FIVE serious Criminal Charges in Canada against Okke Ornstein and his smut blog "Bananama Republic" based on the facts that Ornstein himself posted on his web site stating that some of his victims are from Canada. Therefore, Canada has legal jurisdiction.
“But the most important is that I don’t want to deal with Panama’s legal system. Here’s the scoop: I just got back from the personeria tercera, where I was called for a declaración indagatoria. First they didn’t have an interpreter ready, even though they had promised one. 3. Okke Ornstein is not a legal resident in the Republic of Panama.

Canada does have Jurisdiction over its citizens and residents if they are being attacked by a national of the Netherlands [or any other country], and Mr. Ornstein will be given ample time to arrange suitable and competent lawyers to defend himself in the Province of Ontario. All the Provinces in Canada have recently implemented very strong and affective laws re bloggers using the internet for criminal activities.
According to attorneys in Canada, the following Criminal Charges must be defended by Okke Ornstein and Bananama Republic;
A) EXTORTION
B) CRIMINAL LIBEL WITH INTENT
C) FRAUD
D) CRIMINAL HARRASSMENT BY TELECOMMUNICATION
E) CRIMINAL STALKING BY INTERNET
Okke Ornstein will be formally informed of these charges during first week of October of the date to appear for his arraignment by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by delivering the notice to the home of Ornstein’s parents in the Netherlands, plus publicizing the notice for five business days in a national newspaper in the Netherlands. This is required by Canadian law.
WANTED SA has also learned that the failure of Okke Ornstein to appear on the first date will result in the immediate issue of a “CONTEMPT OF COURT” citation with a Bench Warrant issued for Okke Ornstein to appear.
Such a Warrant will be submitted to each and every High Commission Office, Embassy, Consulate and Trade Commission Office where Canada has a presence, which is in over 125 countries around the world.
