“The Working Group on Combating Corruption in Higher Echelons of Power of the Russian State Duma (parliament) issued a report last year in which Monte Friesner (Монте Морис Фризнер), Lawrence B. Heath (Лоренс Хиз) and their company Carlyle-Coutts Capital Corporation S.A. are accused of laundering massive amounts of stolen funds from the former Soviet Union.

The report, in Russian (bad translation here), was published on April 20, 2009, and describes massive theft of Russian gold, silver, funds, helicopters, trucks and all sorts of other goods and illegal activities, totaling billions of dollars, perpetrated on behalf of members of the Yeltsin family, Russian oligarchs, and their associates."

WANTED SA has been in contact with OUR Moscow office and legal department and WANTED SA has been informed of the following:

1.      There is NO investigation [civil, criminal, or otherwise] of Monte Friesner, Carlyle Coutts Capital Corporation, and/or Lawrence Beverley Heath QC in the Federation of Russia.  None. 

2.      There NEVER has been.

3.     There is no absolutely NO report implicating Monte Friesner, Carlyle Coutts Capital Corporation and /or Lawrence Beverley Heath QC of being involved in any form of illegal activity or investigation and there never has been.

4.     We were informed that the “Duma” [the Russian Parliament] retained Monte Friesner, Carlyle Coutts Capital Corporation, and Lawrence Beverley Heath QC to act as Financial Advisors to the “Duma” and said document was, indeed, signed by the Chairman of the “Duma” in the Federation of Russia in both 2001 and 2002.

5.         WANTED SA was able to obtain information and Letters of Reference from the “Duma” and other Federation of Russia Agencies THANKING Monte Friesner, Carlyle Coutts Capital Corporation and Lawrence Beverley Heath QC for their hard work, devotion and success for the projects in the Federation of Russia.

6.       WANTED SA was informed that Vladimir Kuznetsov, who created the original  “Duma Report" is now under arrest in Moscow and is sitting in jail, as we write this, on  multiple counts of Fraud, Falsifying Records, Slander, Libel and using the “Duma's” name to add credibility to his lies and phony Blog. These are all serious Criminal Charges in the Federation of Russia.

7.      Vladimir Kuznetsov, who is a self admitted “Anti Semite”, has written many essays on his Blog inciting “Skin Heads” in Moscow and other cities to attack Jews in Russia and to deface  various Synagogues throughout the country.

8.      At present Vladimir Kuznetsov is attempting a plea bargain to all the charges for ten (10) in prison instead of the normal 20 years.

So, Okke Ornstein has definitely committed suicide this time around with his lies and destructive blogs. In his attempts to blackmail Monte Friesner, et al., he has been reduced to using phony reports created by an admitted Anti-Semite sitting in jail awaiting sentencing for ten to twenty years. Can Okke sink any lower? Stay tuned.

UPDATE #1: WANTED SA has just been advised that the Federal Law Enforcement Authorities for the Federation of Russia will also be filing Criminal Charges against Okke Ornstein for using the “Duma” in his lies, as a conduit for Ornstein’s fraudulent and Blackmail schemes and in maligning the name of the Federation of Russia. 

UPDATE #2: WANTED SA has also been in direct contact with several of the lawyers for Monte Friesner, Carlyle Coutts Capital Corporation SA (Panama), Lawrence Beverley Heath QC, Tatiana Nazarova and Financiera Pronto Cash SA who will, we are told, will be filing a total of six (6) more Criminal Charges with the Office of the Attorney General on Precise and Premeditated Criminal Intent to Cause Physical Harm to the above named victims. The Criminal Charges will be posted on WANTED SA. as soon as they made available to us.
