OKKE ORNSTEIN’S IS RELYING ON QUOTES FROM THE BLOGGER, VLADIMIR KUZNETSOV, WHO IS PRESENTLY SITTING IN A JAIL CELL IN MOSCOW AWAITING SENTENCING, IN ORDER TO ATTACK MONTE FRIESNER
WANTED SA this morning, Monday August 30, 2010, has learned that Okke Ornstein the “Blogger Blackmailer of Panama”, has shot himself in the foot by quoting another blogger, VLADIMIR KUZNETSOV, from the Federation of Russia, who is presently sitting in a prison cell in Moscow awaiting sentencing for the crimes of Slander, Libel, Fraud, and Forgery associated with an article he wrote that Ornstein is quoting from and using as 'evidence' against Freisner, et. al.
Apparently Vladimir Kuznetsov, who is also a self proclaimed hater of Jews, has written articles for his own Blog inciting Skin Heads in Russia to attack and kill Jewish citizens and destroy their synagogues. A new low in partners for Ornstein “THE SMUT BLOGGER OF PANAMA”!
What a perfect co-conspirator for Okke Ornstein who, himself, has a massive amount of criminal charges pending against him in Panama and in other countries.
Vladimir Kuznetsov, however, made one mistake. He also attacked the “Duma” with his lies; i.e., the so-called "Duma Report" wherein he stated that the Duma was presently investigating Monte Freisner, et. al.- when, indeed, they were not and never have been.
Vladimir Kuznetsov was subsequently arrested and has been held in prison awaiting his trial. He is presently trying to plea-bargain his sentence down to not more than ten (10) in prison [instead of the twenty which his crimes call for]. The Chief Prosecutor in Moscow has taken his pleas under consideration.
However, the victims have filed motions with the Chief Prosecutor demanding that Vladimir Kuznetsov serve the full sentence according to law without parole. Criminals like Vladimir Kuznetsov and Okke Ornstein deserve the full measure of the law, in order to protect the public from their evil intents.
Vladimir Kuznetsov first published his article on April 20, 2009, in which he describes massive thefts of Russian gold, silver, helicopters, trucks, and all sorts of other goods and illegal activities, totaling billions of dollars, perpetrated on behalf of members of the Yeltsin family, various Russian oligarchs, and their associates.
This article it was shown was a complete fabrication motivated by his long time hatred of Jews [Yeltsin is Jewish].
Okke Ornstein will soon follow suit [into jail] and he will learn that the wheels of justice often move slowly here in Panama, but they can be just, and yes, this time around, there is a Dutch translator, so Ornstein cannot use this excuse to duck the law again, as he has in the past.
Legitimate journalists have to answer to their bosses and prove that they have bona fide evidence and what they are writing is true. Normally there is a requirement to have two (2) or more individuals’ to prove that a given charge has substance. In the case of Bloggers and the “SMUT BLOGGER FROM PANAMA”, with his Bananama Republic, this is not the case.
They literally can write whatever they want [subject of course to the laws in their respective countries] since there is no burden of proof required. None. Orenstein has long capitalized on that fact. In his mind opinion equals fact. In his mind slander and/or blackmail can be used to his advantage. In his mind he can use the threat of an embarrassing article in order to extort money.
What a guy! Sorry, what a criminal. He has done this kind of activity in the past, he is trying to do it in the present.
This time, however, Ornstein chose to write about the wrong people; people who refused to role over and play the victim; people who will never buckle under to his threats. And these people will not rest until they succeed in putting him behind bars for a long, long time.
